Your first appointment will be a consult during which Dr. Hanawalt will do a thorough exam related to the problem that you have. He will also interpret your x-rays, evaluate your medical history and medications, and your vital signs will be taken. Following that, a treatment plan will be developed and a fee estimate will be given to you. Your appointment date and time and all special instructions will be given to you. You feedback and consent is very important during this appointment. Our entire staff takes pride in being "good listeners".

FEES, BILLING AND INSURANCE
Our fees reflect the usual and customary for our community. We realize that dental and medical fees are costly and we make every attempt to minimize our fees as much as possible. Very often we can PREDETERMINE the fee aspects of your treatment plan through your insurance company. Predetermination will usually take 1-4 weeks; this allows you and us to have a reasonable estimation of what your insurance company will allow financially on your treatment plan. Please be aware that predetermination does not always reveal "satisfaction of deductibles" or "usage of yearly allowances".
